I have worked with Shona and Adrian the past 2 weeks while they minded Hawera Central Motor Lodge in the absence of Management. I found them to be very professional, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with them. (Housekeeping Supervisor)

Excellent attitudes to the hospitality industry. They are both approachable for local, national and international knowledge. Adrian & Shona are a very caring, trustworthy, hardworking, amazing couple who bring a lot of potential to both internal and external staff. Shona & Adrian would be two of the most personable and professional minders that we have employed during our 17 years of operating motels. They were quick to learn our systems, memorized accurately with good attention to detail, and Shona’s computer skills were evident in embracing our office routines. Undoubtedly one of their strengths is their willingness to work with other staff to get the tasks at hand completed quickly and efficiently.
We are very happy to recommend Shona & Adrian as motel minders – certainly from our experience, they have proved to be most proficient and capable.
