We have had Shona mind our motel on several occasions. She is very efficient, highly organised and extremely courteous and friendly. We have had only positive comments from our guests about Shona when she was in charge of the motel. It is lovely to be able to have a break away knowing that the motel is in such capable hands. We highly recommend Shona.

We got to know Shona while working at the Seagulls Guesthouse in Mount Maunganui. She was in charge when we arrived and it was a pleasure to work with her. She always made sure that things were done while having a great attitude and being super nice to us!

Shona looked after our motel while we took our daughter down to University.
Shona is very professional and quickly pick up what was required to run our motel even she was 1st time here. Shona even looked after our 2 cats well save us sending them to the cattery!

Recently on more than one occasion we stayed at TeMata lodge wHere Shona Mackay was our host.
Terrific lady who made us so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed every day. I thoroughly recommend this person to care for your Motel in the owners absence.

Good location. One of the better motels we have stayed in. Ample room, good facilities. Helpful staff supplying cot for baby and very approachable manager. Thoroughy recommended.
