My husband and I got married on 27/02/16 at our home in Wainuiomata. We had guests/family from out of town, so booked them into BK's Motor Lodge in Petone (as well as ourselves) for our occasion. Shona couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Allowing a couple of our guests into there rooms much earlier on the Saturday so that they didn't have t wait around for 2pm, seeing as their flights got them in early. She bent over backwards to make our stay a really enjoyable one. And when my husband and I got back to our room at the end of the night from our reception, we found a lovely bottle of bubbles and note saying congratulations and that she hoped our day was awesome and all the best for our lives together. Such a lovely touch and very thoughtful. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending BK's to anyone in the future. Thanks Shona !!

Adrian & Shona came to relieve at the motel i am working for, they were very easy going, helpful and very professional to our team and shona was very welcoming to our guests. Big thanks to shona and adrian for giving our managers a break, hope i get to work with you again. :-)

Got to stay here for a second night on a business conference trip to Palmerston North quite amazing place absolutely perfectly clean and Shona as relief person in reception was very helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay next timeI come to Palmerston North.room is really big. bed is very comfortable and there is a spa. From now on my trip to Palmerston North won't be so bad because we have such a nice place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay :) Shona as relief manager was so professional, welcoming and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Shona and staying at Cornwall Motor Lodge. I will recommend it to everyone. :)

Shona Adrian & Peter have recently become part of our team at BKs Motor Lodge giving Kelvin & I our breaks.
We have found they are very professional and have a excellent attitude in this industry. They are relief managers with strengths and willing to work with other staff to get the tasks on hand completed quickly and efficiently. Shona has excellent skills in reception and back office and has a very professional manner with the guests. Glad to have them on board at BKs

Shona and Adrian did a great job minding for us at Cornwall. It was their first stint with us, but picked it all up really quickly, and our staff and guests were very happy with them.

Shona and Adrian were great hosts whilst minding the Hawera Central Motor Lodge for Jenny and Morrie Springer, I was a guest for the two weeks they managed the complex.
