Well organised, friendly and efficient we settled in quickly and were helped to find our bearings whatever we needed - the quickest route to the beach or the nearest brunch service. We have a 4.5 – 5 star resort complex in Whitianga which we have had now for approximately 4 half years. We like to go on regular holidays so needed to ensure we have a reliable person to deliver a high standard of management and guest service to our customers and Owners of the Villas.We completed training with Shona where she picked up our systems very quickly. The handover went seamlessly, and while we were away Shona had everything under control. The first time Shona looked after Sovereign Pier on the Waterways (just over 2 weeks) I was very surprised and happy how few times Shona needed to contact us. When we went to Europe for 6 weeks, Shona had no need for any contact at all. Shona’s personality and professionalism ensured that we came back to a well-run business that was all up to date and the staff were happy.
